Our story is deeply personal. After over a decade managing laundry operations in some of the world’s most prestigious hotel chains—Taj, Millennium, Rotana, and Marriott—our founder recognized a gap. The laundry industry, especially in India, remains predominantly unorganized, with 94% of operations running without the support of modern systems or technology. It was clear that the people behind these services, often overlooked, deserved better.

Armed with this vision and a deep understanding of the industry, we set out to create a solution that would empower these communities.
